  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    All orders are sent to be processed right after the order is placed. We then put forth efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once you have placed it with us. Please feel free to view our return and exchange policy.
  • Do you ship to military addresses?
    At this time, we cannot ship to APO | FPO addresses.
  • Failed Delivery?
    If your order is returned to our facility by UPS/USPS or the best carrier for your area due to any incorrect address that you entered upon checkout or any address discrepancies during delivery attempt, you will be completely refunded minus origninal shipping fee. If your delivery fails we will invoice you a shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address upon your request. Alternatively you can receive a refund for the cost of merchandise only.
  • How can I create an account with Glam Goddess Hair?
    Click "log-in" on the top of the webiste page, and the log-in page will populate. You will click "Create account" and fill in the information in the blanks.
  • How can I place an order?
    - Find items either by using menu buttons or Search - Choose the hair color that you like - Choose the length you like - Choose the quantity - Click "Add to Cart"
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    You may view the status of your order by clicking here to log into your account, ( click the member icon at the top right corner ) and click on Past Orders. Check your order status with your order number and email address. Confirmations are sent via email when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter. Select Glam Goddess Hair as a trusted website domain in your spam filter. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.
  • How should I take care of human hair extensions?
    - Cool or warm water is recommended. - Use gentle shampoo and comb gently with a wide tooth comb. - Rinse thoroughly with hair conditioner. - Pat dries and comb with a wide tooth comb. - Dry naturally. - Comb into desired style after hair is completely dry.
  • How should I take care of human hair wigs?
    - Use lukewarm water in basin. - Add a capful of wig shampoo and conditioner and mix with water. - Gently move the wig in the water and clean about one minute until saturated. - Leave the wig about 20 minutes. - Rinse it with cool clean water. - Gently squeeze to remove water. Do not wring or twist the wig. - Spray on wig conditioner or wig spray. - Spread the wig out on a dry towel and leave until dry. - Style the wig as desired.

  • My package is missing, lost, or stolen can you help?"
    Please contact us using the "contact us form" here if you have not received your Processed and Delivered order, or if it has been lost "in transit" by the carrier and we will be happy to assist. * Please keep in mind Glam Goddess Hair ***is not responsible*** for orders that are lost or stolen, mishandled or misplaced by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. * It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the address provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we will not be able to make any changes.
  • My item is defective or the wrong product?
    We work to ensure that all products are accurately received. Therefore, we sincerely apologize that you received a damaged item and want to ensure that you get the proper item as quickly as possible. Please reveiw the complete return and exchange policy here in order to send the necessary information to receive a refund or exhange. * Please note, any wrong or damaged item outside of a 14 day window from the date you received the item cannot be returned or refunded.

    We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective or the wrong item your order will be eligible for a return or exchange for any unused, unworn, and undamage product.   • When will a sold out item be restocked?
    Most popuar items will be brought back and we will work hard to restock soon. Please join the waitlist by navigating to the bottom of our site to sign up for our email list, and be one of the first to be notified when products are back in stock.
  • When will I receive my order?
    COVID-19 SHIPPING ~ Due to the ongoing pandemic, orders are may be delayed and shipping may take 2 to 4 weeks. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you kindly for your patience. Process~ Once an order is placed it is then proccessed, quality assured, packed, and shipped. * Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this proccess and then delivered to UPS/USPS or the best carrier for your area. The order is then shipped via UPS/USPS or the best carrier for your area. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online and contact (UPS/USPS or the best carrier for your area) directly for an update. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped from UPS/USPS or the best carrier for your area. Orders placed on the weekends or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. NORMAL SHIPPING TIME ~ is 5 to 7 business days, shipped via UPS/USPS or the best carrier for your area (with the same order process of 5 to 7 business days as above). If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
  • Why was my order canceled?
    We were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
