RETURNS & EXCHANGE

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy.

 

That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent return and exchange policy with customers satisfaction as our top priority.

 

As a small business, we implement a thorough Quality Control and Quality Assurance process that completely inspects all items prior to shipping. 

 

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, Glam Goddess Hair will gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange of any new and unused products.

 

We will quickly and easily arrange to have the item exchanged, or a complete refund (not including original shipping fees paid by the customer) once the customer has provided the necessary information below, for any unpackaged, unused, and undamaged items.

 

If approved, items must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the customer's original delivery date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.  We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

 

2.  Please inspect your order after received and contact us within 48 hours of delivery If the product you received is deemed defective, damaged, or the wrong item. 

3.  Products with any signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged

4.  In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure that all products are secure in their original package.

 

5.  * Packaging must not be damaged, wigs and hair extensions of any kind must not be torn away from any secured packing, hair must not be altered in any way to include (combed, brushed, fingered through, washed, colored, cut, tried on, or worn in any form, nor any hair care products added to the hair).

 

6.  The lace for any "Front Lace" may not be cut, torn, or ripped in any way.

7.  Security tags must not be removed and all products must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and sent back in their original packaging.

8.  For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products (such as skincare, haircare, or eyelashes) that have been opened are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

9.  If any item has been removed from security packaging, unattached tags, altered, tried on, or worn, the customer is indicating that the customer intends to keep the item and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

10.  Discontinued items, Clearance items, Sale items, Flash Special items, Bundle Deals, Special Wholesale Orders, and Accessories are *Final Sale and do not qualify for a return or exchange. 

11.  * Reminder you will be refunded for the returned products only, if you paid for shipping the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Glam Goddess Hair quality inspection process before they are accepted. In order to receive approval please follow the process below:

1.  Please send photos of the damaged or wrong product to be considered for a return or exchange to info@glamgoddesshair.com 

2.  Please also specify your concern, and include the original product information that you ordered, the order number, as well as the actual product you received including the style, color, and length and we will be happy to help you with a resolution.

3.   Please take 3-5 clear photos of the item and type up a description of your issue. *reminder, the product must not be removed from its original packaging, nor altered in any way. 

4.  Please wait 3-7 business days from the time you email us to receive a response of approval or denial. You will receive an email response to inform you if your request has been approved, with details of our return shipping address. 

 

5.  If your return or exchange is approved to be mailed back to us based on the clear photos and description that you provide, please be sure to include your order number and approval number with the returned package. 

6.  Once your return or exchange is received and visually inspected, we will send you an email with notification of final approval or rejection of your refund.

7.  Returned shipping cost will be deducted from the returned item(s) refund. 

 

8.  If the customer returns any items from an order that received free shipping, the free shipping cost that Glam Goddess Hair originally covered will be reversed and deducted from your return.
